Don’t Worry Guys
Just stop using this device & get yourself another one. Coz they won’t gonna reply or do something. Like other companies they are busy in launching sense less new models rather than improving existing ones.
So for me NP2 the worst choice is the first & last device from this company & I suggest you all should leave your hope to rely on this in that matter. That’s the only way you can get over it. Otherwise we will keep hoping & keep getting disappointed.
Whenever we say something they start making excuses that we are NEW & we need time. But now they’re launching models like any old popular brands but if you complain then they’ll again become NEW in the market.
