Hello, recently (about month or so) i experience dramatical downgrade for NP2 camera. I can’t remember if i did any update after major 4.0, but camera app is ridiculous recently. Let me explain what’s going on.
Firstly, each time i open my camera app … regular photo mode is reset to 12mp quality ( instead of 50mp i prefer and always manually set now), hdr is turned on (even if i always turn it off).
Next i take a crappy photo, then another one and perhaps if i am lucky enough third or couple more. Then at some point it suddenly freezes…. I can click photo taking button as many times i want, but app is completely frozen, i don’t have other options than simply close it. And then … i reopen it and all the shit starts again. Again photo quality is reset to 12mp, hdr is turned on. So in situation if i need quickly take good quality picture its impossible.
Lastly but not less sadly. Lets say i had a luck to take couple of photos. I go to nothing gallery and what i see …. Half of photos is simply black .. and if try to preview i get error “cannot show picture” …. 🙈 And no - they don’t turn in normal picture after a while. Another glitch i noticed but way more rare than simply black photos, are that after taking pic it gets bluish layer, so all colors in picture gets bluish tint, looks really weird. They are not usable.
So to sum up - nothing, what the hell is happening? I am so close to buy another brand normal phone because i am tired of feeling that on a moment when i need to take a good photo quickly i will get a crapp. Very, very disappointed and hoping for improvements asap. Its ridiculous… i am usually really open to updates and all new but this has ruined my experience with NP2 recently a lot. It’s really sad because since i bought NP2 around 2 years ago i loved it, but last month is simply killing this love 💔
P.S. i tried all sorts of ways to make it work normally, restarted device, cleared app cache. I have more 100 gb free on device etc. So i really believe it’s technical issue by app.
