Vinxent It would scale up depending on the task on hand, this is good for battery performance. It would be pointless to use the full clockspeed on simple things like loading social media feeds etc.
tomikitwo That’s not what I meant. Snapdragon 8+ gen1 should have higher maximum clocks than it is in Phone(2).
Spike Because it is using a 3ghz variant of 8 + Gen 1. Unlocking 3.2 ghz might lead to reduction in battery life. Its fine for now. What matters is sustained performance over time than higher peak performance in initial phases.
