Marian-CosminChiriac This is the exact problem. If I use the phone continuously then I shall get great battery life. But if I don’t use it then it drains for no reason.

    I am having the same problem on 2a. After the update , I am noticing battery drain when the phone is idle.

    If I use the phone continuously, I get screen on time around 6-7 hrs.

    But if I do not use the phone that much, the battery still drains with a screen on time of only about 3 hrs.

      MahelaMunasinghe last night 3% all night. Nothing Phone 2 just updated to 3.0. for me the battery backup it’s very similar than with 2.6. but the phone smoother.

        @Firmware (bot) When are you going to fix battery drain in current build? Resetting didn’t help.

        After 3.0 update my battery is draining like anything it’s really worst situation which i am facing and nothing is not interest to release Next flagship mobile with big battery and other competitors are beating the market with the best spec’s like 6000mah battery 8elite processer but nothing phones are still with 4700 mah and 5000 mah batteries 🤦‍♂️ pls update i planning to shift to iqoo 13 if nothing wont change as per the present market defiantly people will never purchase nothing phones mark my words

        nothing phone 2 battery drains faster in nothing OS3 compared with nothing OS 2.6.

        i am loosing 10-15% battery . earlier i used to get 1 full day in single charge. now in the eveneing itself i have to charge again. i am facing this issues in last 20 days.

        Mine also I want just to throw the phone and also the phone charging port is also a big cause as well as gets heated up quickly as the battery drain is too Drastically decreased…

        What on earth went wrong?! I had my phone at 60% battery and was happily having my dinner while watching Youtube. After 20mins, the 20% battery low warning popped out. You’re telling me that watching 20mins of Youtube eats up 40% of battery now?

          Hi, my Nothing Phone 2 has problems with high battery consumption no matter if I use it or not. Before the update to Android 15 the battery lasted really long but now even when I don’t use the phone the battery can drain quickly. Do you have a similar problem? Did you factory reset your phone after the update?
