Excessive battery drain & hardly 4 to 5 hours 0f SOT with very minimal use, 4G network only, no graphics intensive apps being used.. Network is contributing upto 35 to 40% in everyday use case & ideal battery drain in standby & very light use is also extremely extremely high, it feels like 2 year old phone when in reality it’s actually 1 month old device hardly ..

Also I’m already facing dead touch response issue related complaints 6-7 times in different thread alongwith extremely poor haptics or missing haptics for which I’m not getting any resolution fro nothing support..

Overall very poor experience in general with NP2

Disable background access for YouTube, probably a glitch, same happened for me with Spotify on a14. Probably will get fixed in the next update.

It is pretty inconsistent with the Beta 2. My SOT is 11:30 hrs with 47% battery remaining.

Seems that batteries are not all of same quality in the phones as I have no problem; I use phone quite a lot (I am told) and when not searching or reading on it am listening to music on (SONY WF-1000XM) earbuds. Sound not as good as on S20 but OK when using Neutron player, it has really good equalizer.

Hey everyone! I found a solution! Turn off anything relating to WiFi/internet calls, my possible SOT went from 2h30 to 8h+ now

I am experiencing the same issue as mentioned from you guys above. I’ve got the phone 2 five days ago and the battery drains way too fast. It even won’t get me threw a day of minimum usage (videos, browsing etc).

Please Nothing Tech give us some advice how to fix this problem as it seems there are many customers who have the same issue as me.

And I don’t think the solution is that we disable every nice feature this phone has (120hz display, 5G etc) to get an expectable battery usage.

    Not acceptable from global brand and high value phone, need to fix by nothing or all trust will be lost.

    Battery is draining too fast

    Similar to me also battery is draining in two department screen and mobile network, I nothing is famous for fixing all issue come in new device why such negligence towards this is as all the users facing same issues.

    Hope for better and early resolution or nothing will loose it faith over customers

    Hello, I am having same issue with my nothing 2 phone I purchased less than 2 weeks ago.

    So i have been facing the issue of inconsistent battery life since I installed the 2.0.4 update. There are days when the battery life is just amazing and then there are days where I would full charge it and then sleep only to find in the morning that somehow 15% of my battery is already gone. Can you please fix this issue?

      IshaanKhandelwal i think battery life is preety amazing in NP2 and i can’t complain about the battery at all, i would suggest you to reset your phone and re check it once also make sure to check all the background application to check how they consume your battery at night.

      Hi,

      After the 2.0.4 update the battery backup of my nothing phone 2. It’s just Little over 2 months old & Indian Unit

      It’s the issue with Mobile network & other background which is eating up a lot of battery.

      My usage has always been medium to high.

      Please fix this. Did anyone else felt the same.
