PSYCHO yes, very dissapointing from Nothing, i purchased their product hoping they would be different from the rest. i think not 🙃

also what makes me feel even worse is that companies like iqoo, oneplus, etc are giving 90fps to some of their models some even cheaper than NP2, and still we don’t get 90Fps after waiting this long.

    Need focus on gamers plz update with some game booster app and 90 fps in most popular game BGMI which we can go upto only 60 fps.     I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the lack of effort and attention your company has shown towards improving the FPS (Frames Per Second) issues in BGMI (BattleGrounds Mobile India). It is utterly unacceptable that despite numerous complaints and feedback from your consumers, there has been little to no visible progress in addressing this critical issue.

    As a loyal customer who has invested both time and money into your products and services, I expected better from your company. The subpar gaming experience caused by the poor FPS not only diminishes the enjoyment of the game but also reflects poorly on your brand’s reputation.

    It is high time that your company takes immediate and concrete actions to rectify this glaring flaw. Ignoring the demands and concerns of your customers is a blatant disregard for their loyalty and support. I urge you to prioritize this matter and allocate the necessary resources and expertise to deliver a solution promptly.

    Failure to do so will not only result in the loss of customer trust and loyalty but may also lead to severe repercussions for your company’s reputation and market share. Your customers deserve better, and it is your responsibility to ensure that their voices are heard and their grievances are addressed.

    I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Anything less would be deemed as a betrayal of consumer trust and loyalty

    However, I did not find this feature in the recent update.

    Even in Q3 community 2023 ,video posted by nothing officially addressed and promised features about FPS enhancement still pending which they are working from past 10 months…

    It has been 10 months since this feature has been missing on this equipped Chipset…
    I hope it will be resolved / unlocked by Nothing Developers and will be included in the next OTA update.

    Nothing please do solve this issue I purchased phone 2 with the expectation that it would get 90 fps in bgmi but now you guys are disappointing me. Please enlist your phones name in krafton’s list

    Currently you can unlock 90 / 120 fps with root access only. If that really matters and you are an advanced user, go ahead.

      Spike If I had to do this, I would have chosen another brand With less Money.
      So why would I choose this one?
      Users spend money and have high expectations due to the chipset and optimization.
      Root access is not a solution because some gaming accounts can be permanently banned due to rooting.

          PSYCHO I’m not promoting rooting, but simply mentioning the current workaround if you’re capable of understanding the advantages and disadvantages of the process. You have the option to wait for the brand to address this concern. Though am not sure if its gonna happen anytime soon because the problem lies in the lack of cooperation from Krafton’s side from what I have come to know. The game devs must unlock that option via an update. Lets hope for the best though 😄

              Spike First of all Mr.spike for your information, the game developers do not approach brands, the brands approach them officially for configuration and enlistment.(To highlight there top features in digital sales.)

              Secondly, you can email and find out for yourself that the brand hasn’t approached and has asked them to wait until their next flagship launch.
              Some mods are misleading users by blaming the issue solely on the game developers, but this is not true. I can provide all the details in a private discussion.
              Krafton mods will provide you with all the data you need. You can also inquire on official Discord to confirm that the FPS limit is capped due to overheating, which is why 90 FPS is not provided and been delayed.
              (Just think the developers can’t even resolve the overheating issue, so how could they possibly provide 90 FPS? )
              So, Mr. Spike, unless you have full information, please refrain from giving your opinion.

                  PSYCHO In this open community, I am free to share my views. You can choose to accept or reject them. I notice a lack of sensible understanding here. Previous community updates have mentioned efforts to contact Krafton. There has been a lack of communication from the game developers in addressing these issues. Both the brand and dev team need to collaborate on fixing these concerns. I understand your frustration, but there may be aspects of the matter we are unaware of (Twitter support chats are not everything. Its just a generic response FYI)
