Hi guys I recently bought the nothing phone 2a from a retailer. I also bought myself a Samsung 45watt fast charger usbc-c. Not sure if this is related to the specific charger but when plugged in with minimal use I get A LOT of ghost touching (so much that I can’t even hold down backspace)

Was wondering if anyone else encountered this issue with other 45watt chargers or if it’s a phone issue.

Thanks.

Yeah, i have that problem too. I have orignal cmf 65w GaN charger, I dont get it randomly but when i touch a part of screen, it senses around the touched part too,, and cant even use the navigation bar properly when charging. Less ghost touches when touching for a split second, but more ghost touches when doing something which requires touching the screen more than a sec.

Mayank🔥 exactly the same problem I’m glad it’s not a problem with my charger. It’s even becoming an issue when I try to use the fingerprint scanner it makes it unusable as I’m pressing for long.

Hey folks, I get this sometimes (on a few devices) when on the train, it’s usually caused by to much power being recieved by the device. I’d suggest trying multiple chargers and power sockets through your house / outside of your house to test if it’s a recurring issue. If it is, I’d recommend reaching out to Nothing support via settings > system > feedbacl!

I am experiencing touch sensitivity issues with my 2A Plus device while using a Cmf 65W GaN charger. After testing different ports, I confirmed that all of them exhibit the same problem. The issues primarily include mistouches during touch-and-hold functions, and in some scenarios, I encounter ghost touches. I suspect these problems may be related to voltage mismatch from the charger, affecting both devices.

I am also facing the same issue while charging my Nothing 2A plus. I am using CMF 65W charger. Could this issue be resolved via software update?
