Hey mate, the consensus online is that Nothing phones don’t support NTFS. This is likely due to the additional licensing cost that is required to license this technology from Microsoft, my understanding is ExFAT is slightly more open.
I’d suggest you log this as product feedback from your phone though - it makes sure the right people here the communities needs and wants.
