Like I purchased cmf buds from Myntra like 2-3months ago after few days of use my brother fell it from my bed by mistake and the case hinge got broken and few days after that one earbuds sound quality and volume degrade I bought nothing phone 2a on the launch but some problem get in it but they resolved it but can they replace the buds because quality issue is there problem. I used boat buds and many time it’s case got fallen but nothing happened to it . Here are some pictures so they can help if they want .

Any fall risks damaging a device or, component , especially if, for example, the earphones case was open when it was dropped. There’s elements on the build that are more susceptible to damage than others and, I’d say the hinge is one.

I don’t see a problem in my situation, as I have dropped it many times with the case and also the buds without the case. It could be a manufacturing issue🧐
