It features the MediaTek 7350 Pro 5G processor, offering a faster, smoother user experience. The phone also introduces a 50 MP front camera sensor for high-quality selfies and comes in new metallic Grey and updated Black colours, reflecting its premium specifications.
Design
Phone (2a) Plus is available in two new colours: metallic Grey and updated Black. The metallic finish, inspired by machinery, highlights the phone’s superior upgrades, delivering a premium look that aligns with Nothing’s unique design language.
Performance
At the core of Phone (2a) Plus is the MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro 5G processor, exclusive to Nothing. This chipset, co-engineered for entertainment, enhances the gaming experience with its 8-core CPU, reaching up to 3.0 GHz – a 10% boost compared to Phone (2a). The ARM Mali-G610 MC4 GPU offers 30% better gaming performance, making everyday tasks and gaming even smoother.
Camera
Since the launch of Phone (2a), seven camera-focused software updates have introduced 26 individual improvements. Phone (2a) Plus now features a triple 50 MP camera system, including a front-facing camera capable of recording 4K video at 30 FPS. The three sensors, each 50 MP, provide enhanced photo and video quality, including HDR and 4K recording.
Battery and Charging
The 5,000 mAh battery in Phone (2a) Plus supports rapid 50W Fast Charging, providing one day’s power in under 20 minutes—10% faster than its predecessor. The battery maintains over 90% of its capacity even after 1,000 charging cycles, offering up to two days of use on a full charge.
Nothing OS / AI
Nothing OS 2.6 introduces new widgets, including the News Reporter Widget, which uses AI to aggregate and summarise daily news across eight selectable genres. Stories are converted into audio and read aloud by Nothing CFO Tim Holbrow, with daily refreshes of content.

In the US, Phone (2a) Plus will be available through the US Beta Program from August 7 at 9:00 AM ET for $399 in Grey with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB storage.
