Ear(2) transparent mode issues

I’ve experienced some issues while using my new Ear(2) in transparent mode:

the mic picks up the noise made by the wind
the earphone makes a cracking sound (burst of sound?) while there is a high-pitch noise. This happened twice once was while i was cooking and the oil makes a very high pitch noise when it encountered some water and the earphone made a very unpleasant sound picking up that noise; the other time was when i accidentaly dropped my aluminum coat hanger on my countertop and the same unpleasant sound appeared
there was one time while the environmental sound was delivered from one side of the earphone and not the other and it swicthed between each ear a few times before i took them all out and put them back in

Are these issues caused by the algorithm or my model was defective?

I too have the problem with transparency mode.

When i choose transparency mode right bud makes beep sound continuously.

For real. The transparent mode is objectively not transparent enough that sometimes im not even sure which mode is on. The clipping is a common occurrence too whenever there’s a burst of high pitch noise. Also putting mic directly on the surface is probably not as cool as they thought once you’ve accidentally rubbed against it
