ChitrarpitaDas Yes I do experience some instability while using like the phone by itself gets into 4g mode without any acknowledgement. This kinda behaviour found in the Nothing OS 2.6 as far as I know!!

I’m currently using the Nothing OS 3.0 beta version on my Nothing Phone 2a since 5 days now, I’ve been facing a consistent issue where several apps, like OneCard, OneScore, and N News, open but then crash within 5 seconds.
Has anyone else experienced this?

One thing I have noticed is the font text size on the OS3 is giant compared to OS2. Its way to big….
ParthPadmawar I think it’s same for everyone. I am also getting this same type of error message when trying to search for latest update beta version. Look like if any beta version is available it will show up itself.
The only thing i can figure out is, that with this beta update bgmi can not be played actually at 90 fps, even though it’s enabled in bgmi settings, but with fps counter you can check its always on 60 fps, in nothing os 2.6 update, to it needed some tricks to get 90 fps, which was like putting bgmi in pop-up view and then again maximizing the windows, but with this new update after some changes being done in pop-up view window, it’s ineffective..
Shiivampatel try to change font type to Roboto, i faced many crash with the new default font on OS3.0
guys note that this is beta, this will have issues. no one forced y’all to get on open beta. they also gave disclaimer too. most issues might be fixed in final RC. so try not to cry coz this is beta.
Well i want to enhance functions of glyph interface with an option that allows back lights to blink instead of keep it on when receiving some notification, similarly to old classic phones with LED notification.

On Nothing 2.6 (on the CMF Phone 1), VoWiFi works when it’s not on airplane mode. But if it’s on airplane mode (with WiFi turned on and connected), it doesn’t work. I’m assuming it’s the same thing with other Nothing phones?
On Samsung, Xiaomi, and Motorola phones, this works. And I’ve done a bit of googling, and even on Nothing OS 1.x (Android 13), it worked. But it doesn’t on OS 2.x.
With that said, I was wondering for those on Nothing OS 3.0, does VoWiFi now works while on airplane mode (and WiFi connected)?

Hey everyone, I noticed a potential bug in the camera app. Basically, photos are not being saved after they’re captured. However, if Google Photos is running in the background, the photos do get saved.
So, whenever I need to take a photo, I have to keep Google Photos open in the background 
.

mafcarvalho I finally sorted it. Appears that I had previously used the Google assistant setting in Google maps to prevent notifications. With that setting if I then started navigation in Google maps before connecting to the car then it activated DND driving mode. Have turned that Gooigle assistant setting off and all is good now.
