This could be a possible bug. I’m not sure what it is. I’ll try explaining it

  1. I have this wifi widget on my lockscreen and if u look close at it there’s this small lines on the widget. Like it’s weird. Not black when turned off. Slightly green lines but only inside the widget icon nowhere else. And this happens only in the lockscreen
  2. The notification section in the lockscreen. Notification section in the lockscreen only. When empty it has this line running through the middle with tiny horizontal lines on the side. And the color is all messed up as well

The two issues I have mentioned above happens only on the lockscreen. Once I unlock my phone. It’s all fine. Everything works well. I’m also running on 3.0. And idk if this was there before or has been mentioned here before. But I saw it and wanted to let the people know.

Edit - it’s there everywhere on the lockscreen. The drop down menu. Notifications on lockscreen. Widgets on lockscreen. The lockscreen itself as well (mild)

    After updating my phone 2a alignment in my lockscreen is wired and not working properly and lags a lot !!! There is tooo much lag after the update. Tried restarting, deleting unused apps, freeing up storage, but no ise still lags a lot. And while watching any videos any notification comes the slider automatically slides down and notification bar opens..

      Is anyone else facing a slight jitter when opening the app drawer? It rarely happens, but it feels like the drawer opening animation is skipped. Only happens in the default launcher mode, and not the smart one. It only happens when the phone has not been used for sometime.

      HumayunddinZahir for me the battery didn’t get better after five days. Maybe worse. But if I keep wifi disabled it works ok. Wifi drains the battery non-stop, whatever the phone is doing or not doing

      well it’s not really better, it’s draining slower but I have 2 hours of screen time and 46 % of battery left. I’m starting to wonder if this phone was a good idea

        I have a bug where the bottom left glyph of my nothing 2a flashed in 2 second interewalls and dosnt stop, why is that?

        I would like to raise an opinion about the UI and UX of the Nothing OS. Using Nothing Phone 2a and I love the dimensions and overall performance but I would like Nothing to work on the UX and UI to add more animations. The phone seems so plain when playing around which makes the user bore of the device. Hope it will be catered much in Nothing OS 3 and Android 15 launch and also when it is going to be released officially.

        This bug has been present even before NOS 2.5, but this bug hasn’t been resolved even after sending multiple feedbacks.

        So when you use Smallest Font Size and Smallest Display Size the icons and text does not change at the top status bar. It just the changes the battery percentage text and the time text other than that the icons remains unchanged, and when you swipe down the status bar to open control centre the battery text over there doesn’t change its NOT the smallest font size.

        I have screen recorded the things so it is easier for developers to understand.

        Ideally when you change the font size the icons, texts all the things should getter smaller/bigger depending on the option selected.

        To give example you can see google pixels phone when you change the font size it changes the status bar icons as well as the text. Which should be the IDEAL case.

        As a developer i think this might be because since Nothing is using 2-3 different fonts here and there it might be causing the issue.

        So I hope this will help Nothing Developers to solve this bug.

        And I am writing this there as in the feedback there is no option to uplad the video and I think this screen recording will help developers and team members to resolve the bug faster.

        Note: I have already submitted feedback through the System Path, but the issue remains unresolved even prior to NOS 2.5.

        As many smartphone brands’ OS implementing various apps opening animations, I suggest adding smooth, simple, and easy-to-implement animations to Nothing OS 3.0 from Android 15’s QPR1 Beta 2 update.

        3.0 version is very worst for nothing 2a because it’s very annoying and somany bugs and not using for user’s interface not compatible I think it’s waste old version of 2.6 is best. 👎👎👎👎🗣️🗣️

        There is bit of lag and a loading like thing happening every time I open the app drawer…
