Is Game Mode on Nothing OS 3.0 getting any new features or options?

    KRYSLERXCVII Hey mate, as part of the beta Nothing are testing ā€œIncoming call intelligent anti-disconnectionā€ that prevents the network from disconnecting when thereā€™s an incoming call when ā€˜Game Modeā€™ is activated. But, the key is the OS is in beta it might be features are added/removed in the final release. šŸ™‚

      In Nothing OS 3.0, Iā€™m facing a connectivity issue. The network keeps switching from 5G to 4G repeatedly, even after turning off the Smart 5G feature. I didnā€™t face this problem in Nothing OS 2.6. To switch back to 5G, I have to reboot my phone, but the problem keeps recurring.

      Hi, Iā€™m a very big fan of Nothing devices. Currently, Iā€™m using the Nothing Phone 2a, and I have purchased four devices along with one Nothing Phone 2a Plus. My only suggestion regarding Nothing 3.0 is to add some default ringtones in addition to the existing Nothing ringtones

        In NOS 3.0, there are numerous bugs:

        1. The Inter font does not support other text styles (e.g., search for the ā€œPower Audioā€ app on the Play Store to see an example).

        2. Connectivity issues persist, with mobile data frequently switching between 5G to 4G. I tried resetting the network settings, but the issue continues to reappear. To temporarily resolve this, a device restart is needed.

        3. Even with the refresh rate set to 120Hz, the app drawer, certain apps like Instagram, and others occasionally experience lag, dropping to what feels like 60Hz.

        4. The right edge of the Google clock widget appears sliced.

        5. Third-party apps are not functioning properly, even when the ā€œAllow unknown sourcesā€ option is enabled.


          FIx these problem as soon as possible or else donā€™t call yourself as a Devs.
          It may sounds rude but i actually discussed about connectivity issue and sent a feedback too but i didnā€™t received any mails or reply from community side.

        it will come around the same when the nothing 2a will get the update. maybe. It was stated by the Nothing that the chipset wasnā€™t ready for Android 15/Nothing OS 3.0.

        So i guess they are resolving all the bugs and glitches in Phone 2a and then after packing things up maybe they will give to Phone 2 without any Beta Testing maybe.

        But yeah Phone 2 will get the OS3.0 in December 1st or 2nd week
