I have been using nothing 2a since 1 month there are two major problems in phone software:

  1. Camara while taking pics is natural which looks good but after processing the pics become too much edited means over saturated
  2. While always on display is on the AOD keeps flickering unnecessarily the beightness of AOD keeps fluctuating. These two problems hope are resolved in next update

    KailashRox I am also facing this both issues. In AOD the screen brightness is very low and keep on changing and barely visible to see.

      Great thing that you guys listen and revert back to us.

      I used OnePlus company’s mobile 6 to 8 series phones then this company changed hands then this company’s software changed and migrated to their existing OS, so I stopped buying OnePlus products and now I am using iPhone 15 and bought my secondary cmf phone 1. now I have interest in this company so I expect similar software from them (Like : Gallery, Phone Dialer app with recording (without saying this call has been recording like old OnePlus devices), File manager and clean UI without any blodware.

      Justin I understand the explanation, but I am also waiting for the release of OS 3.0 for Phone2 in Japan. November has already started, but I’m looking forward to when it will be.

        PriyanshuKumar_Poyj37TQ7E I hope you don’t die soon but November just started. You don’t need the beta version. You want it. If you are desperate for a testing version you must be patient. You should be happy that Nothing released an update for Nothing OS 2.6 on the Nothing Phone 2.

          Justin when shall we expect open beta 1 for phone 2 and it’s November already. Eagerly waiting, and actually I am enjoying this phone 2. ✨✨

              AbdulWaris_5UqJb5J64H can you be clearer with your question, please? If you’re asking for OS 3.0 for Nothing Phone (2), that is coming in November, although we do not know a date. As above, stay tuned to the community for more information when it does launch to public beta.

              zeppery we have 25 days left in November, date for OS 3.0 public beta for (2) hasn’t been announced yet but, when it is, the community will be the first to know. Be patient… I’m sure the team are refining and working on the release to ensure it’s a solid public beta product.
