themountofmint No ads, no internet permission, and packed with useful features. I discovered it while searching for a music player with built-in lyrics because I needed something to practice karaoke. It turned out to be incredibly handy, and it’s definitely worth trying. I wouldn’t be surprised if even your parents switched to it. I used it for four years until I moved to the NP3a Pro, which unfortunately has no SD card slot or 3.5 mm jack. Anyone who uses multiple audio profiles or audio products will find its equalizer especially helpful.

Amudhan_Sundararajan thanks!🙏🏼 Although mine are just listening to music, it’ll be helpful. Does it has a favourites option? In Samsung she marked a few songs as favourite and listens to them only sometime. Is that possible or maybe by creating those playlist?

themountofmint Yes It have Several default playlists, such as favorites, most played, recently added. we can also create several playlists and can add a track to multiple playlists at once.

themountofmint Musicolet is already 99% great, but you can go even further with Poweramp’s cheap pro version. Better crossfade (musicolet’s doesnt work for me), lots of equalisation presets, beautiful UI

For lyrics use LRCGET to automatically add lyrics to most songs and manually pick ones you want

Honestly, I don’t own a Nothing device yet — and I’m not gonna pretend I do. But something about this brand just stuck with me. Like, in a time when every phone looks the same and does the same thing, Nothing actually made me stop and think “wait, someone actually cares about how this feels?”

The Glyph interface got me first. It sounds like a small thing but using lights as notifications instead of just a boring LED? That’s the kind of thinking I respect. It’s not a feature for the sake of a feature — it actually means something.

I’m here because I genuinely want to be part of where this goes. Not just as a fan but someone who actually thinks about this stuff — design, software, what makes a product feel alive.

First of all, I didn’t know about this thread earlier, otherwise I would’ve introduced myself sooner.

Hey everyone, I’m Preet from India, 17 years old. I first discovered Nothing back in 2023, specifically, the Phone (2), and I was instantly drawn to how different and visually striking it felt. That’s what really pulled me into the brand. By 2025, I got much more involved and eventually joined the community in late December.

Right now, I’m about to complete my high school. I’m deeply interested in design, especially CMF. I’m also into product design and 3D modelling, and currently learning Blender to improve my skills in that space.

I enjoy sketching while listening to music, swimming, and doing a bit of writing. I’m also a big foodie 😄

Lately, I’ve been exploring ways to connect the cultures of India, Japan, and Latam through design language.

And yeah… that’s me.
