VishalKanani I dont think its in development anymore. we already in beta. most bugs might be fixed. yes you are right, you can raise requests. I have seen people requesting unrealistic features here without giving a thought and I almost see that every time I log in here.

      VishalKanani I am not suffering. I am so chill, not crying over delay in update, not expecting unrealistic things like FEW people do here. plus they didnt give deep dive into gallery app so theres a lot we dont know yet , whats given and whats future for app. so lets just wait for it and then you may request for thing you want. may be they have sync already in it and we dont know and you already crying over it?

          Buddy i think you just want to argue because i requested for features which i would like to have in my phone as the app is in developing stage, i didn’t said anything wrong about the company and i also don’t think my requests were unrealistic because this is what a gallery app meant for atleast in 2024, and as you already mentioned that what if the company has already synced those features then according to your previous replies company is giving unrealistic things, and i think you should mind your tongue while replying because you are no one, in nothing community i can post whatever i feel about my nothing device so the company can know about it and also the people who are also agree with it because most of the people using google photos app,

          May be you have a little extra time or a very little sense, this is my last reply..

              VishalKanani I didnt say your features unrealistic. I just said wait for it. and I meant dont expect something crazy that is AI and object remved etc. I have seen people requesting setting to turn off screen just coz it turns on while cleaning the screen etc etc. OS 3 is already OTW so I said lets wait and see what we get and what we dont coz requesting now at this point when we in beta is pointless. coz devs cant just go and make changes. and I do have lot of time and lot of sense too.

                  Difference between request and complaint

                  • Request/suggestions can be made before or after product release and this doesn’t carry any negativity,
                  • Complaints can only be made after product release

                  And as you can see I didn’t mentioned the words related to complaint.

                  Moving to your second point that it is already in beta it is not realistic to demand features at this stage

                  • Very first thing is that when i had posted this, gallery app was not the part of beta release it means that the app is in developing stage(check your facts).
                  • Second, i think you are not the employee of nothing, so you are not in the position to doubt the capabilities of developers what they can do or what not, for example there is one feature which will be added after people’s demand using beta which is dot font in lock screen again.
                  • Third i requested those features it doesn’t mean i want it today, it was the thoughts which i have to share with other users and company that’s why the community program has been designed for…

                  What i can expect?

                  You mentioned for me that “don’t expect crazy ai features” my simple reply is why?

                  Nothing has mentioned(in launch video) some Ai features will be available in nothing gallery app, so i just pointed out as an user what we were using and are we liking it or not so they will get the idea what they need to do with their new app’s user experience. (Again that’s why community program has been made for).

                  Lastly their are some suggestions for you also if you are not relating to somebody’s point of view you can write you pov on that but only after understanding that point and the reply should be in a good way. Or you can just ignore it there is no need to act on everything and you already overwritten your own things.

                  I believe this will help you as i mentioned the whole story from the basics, even now if you want to continue this baseless argument you can.

                        VishalKanani dam…….. the reason to not expect anything crazy coz not all processors can handle features like AI and stuff. uk theres diff between SD778 and SD 8 gen. you have to make features which will work flawlessly on all devices at least as long as they have OS support. for example, apple gave apple ai to only selected phones and not all. its simple, and youre free to expect whatever you want. doesnt mean they will make it reality, like self healing screen etc etc. but god bless you.
