Guyz I have a different type of issue with my nothing phone 1. My WiFi is automatically jumping from 2.4 g to 5g and it’s happening frequently in every 5 seconds. Any idea

akashkalathia yes akash I have same issue in my nothing phone 2 device and very worried about that problem many time have restart the phone once I had factory reset my phone but still faceing same issue.

Is there my money west in this device to purchase or nothing fix this problem for update

    I have same issue. When this issue will fix by nothing. In wifi uploading is slow. In sim browsing is very slow.

    Wifi is connected but not working at all, no messages no webpages loading? Have to disconnect and reconnect wifi for it to work? Anyone facing similar issue and if so any insights?

    Hello everyone,

    I’m having trouble connecting to the Jio True 5G network on my Nothing Phone 2. My previous phone had 5G, and my area is covered. I tried auto select mode but it’s not working, and when I tried selecting ‘Jio true 5G’ manually, I received an error saying “Couldn’t connect”

    And only one APN is showing in the menu that is ‘Jio4G’

    Does anyone have any solutions to this issue?

      Check whether Jio 5g Welcome Offer is activated in my jio app.

      ASWINJOSEPH My Jio 5G is working fine, and the APN being JIO 4G is not an issue. Check whether the My Jio app is showing 5g thing.

        Same issue. 5G was working fine before 2.5.1 update after updating 5G is not working.

          Walker Just checked. Jio 5G was working on 2.0.4 & is still working on 2.5.1A.

          Try a restart.

              Gun_Put tried restarting and even reset 5G was working fine before 2.5.1 update after updating 5G is not working.

                Rob ⚡️ changed the title to Phone (2) - Jio 5G Connectivity .

                JIO 5G was superfast before 2.5.1.a update. Now it is working intermittently. They are messing things which were working fine before.

                  Even I am facing the issue, not able to connect to 5G while my mother mobile is connecting

                    ASWINJOSEPH same problem in my NP2 also. All other mobile devices of other brands is getting stable connection to 5G expect NP2

                      Guys it has nothing to do with the Device

                      Call 199 from Jio, connect to customer Care

                      They will activate it from their End

                      After 5 mins restart the device

                      Its working Hope it helps
