    Every product has one or the other issue and those were raised frequently by many of the users, but no one acknowledges the issue. If we raise the issue through feedback system, the solution is to take it to service center. How many service centers are there and how much distance is that from our place.

    Since the recent update, Iā€™m experiencing frequent connection drops while playing music on my device. The audio stops unexpectedly. This issue seems to occur randomly but consistently enough to disrupt the listening experience.

    The experience is becoming horrible with every update. ANC is bad. There are frequent drops in connection.

    Jerin Jose It happened to me at first but over time I realized that it is because it is not placed correctly in the ear. If the headset does not detect that it is properly placed, it does not work.

      AndyšŸ“± it detects placing correctly, and in 10 secs after repeating the test says, ā€œoops, not correct.ā€ right or left eartip placed incorrect. then again ā€œah, everything is correct. do go, baby, enjoy!ā€ then again incorrect. and all this time while testing I sit still, not even breathing. sorry, it must not be this way. I use earbuds on the go, sometimes shaking head, and so on. itā€™s impossible to glue tips to the ear. itā€™s impossible to push them deeper into the ear canal, sorry. even when it shows yellow signs as a result of testing, ANC must do its job, I think. how to place them correctly then?

      Also after pinch it takes 1 or 2 seconds to play and pause audio. Feels delayed. Is this usual or unusual

      Battery life of left ear bud is worse after this firmware update. All of a sudden charge drops from 100% to 10% within 15 to 20 mins of usage but right bud charge is normalā€¦Please fix this issue in upcoming update

      After lasted updated, Battery life of left earbud is worse too. It doesnā€™t charge to 100% at all, limit at 90% šŸ™
      but the right earbud is normally 100 % charge

      After this update, the battery life is severely degraded. I hardly get 3 hrs of usage with ANC off.

      many users reported battery drain issues after the latest updateā€¦i have hold myself to update to the latest update.

      Nothing should at least acknowledge the issue raised by users.
