CMF Watch Pro 2 - Bezel Stuck

Hey everyone,

I accidentally reinstalled my bezel incorrectly—the CMF logo is stuck around the 10 o’clock position. I’ve tried rotating it while using a guitar pick to pry it open, but it won’t budge.

Has anyone else faced this issue or have any tips for safely fixing it? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hey 👋

When fitting the watch bezel in this orientation, did you apply any extra force?

The watch bezel should not slot into place in any other orientation, at least not easily, or unless forced to do so.

If you’re really struggling to remove it, I suggest reaching out to the support team. Since it’s now stuck in an incorrect position, forcing it off could cause damage.

ElectricalFact I got it removed using a stationary knife, but I guess using a really thin piece of plastic would be better, as there’s a risk of scratching the watch or the bezel. But I couldn’t find a piece of plastic thin enough, so I went ahead with a knife and managed to remove it without any damage. Basically, you should try to make a gap between the bezel and the watch, and then pull the bezel. At least, that’s how I did it 🙂
