Hi community. I would like to about my personal experience with the Nothing phone (2a) plus so far.

When I booted up this phone, setting up this phone did not take particularly long. Once I reached my home screen with Nothing icon pack, I was especially confused on how hard is it to find the app I needed . However, over time, I got used to this design and can find the app more easily.

Generally, the phone is usually bug free and is running reliably well. The glyph has been proven to be useful when I used the essential notifications. However, a low of notifications I received from my family were not a priority for me to respond but it will still lit up. I hope Nothing could potentially have a smarter essential notifications feature- learning what type of notifications I would much rather reply to.

The camera app-it is running very smoothly .It has not glitch on me this far. But, I noticed a bug. When I wanted to turn on the flashlight, the phone on the glyph instead. When I off and on the light again,it still turn on the glyph light . I hope this could be addressed.

Overall, with the time I used the phone this far, it has proven to me that the price of the phone does not mean the phone would not be as good as a flagship from other brands. Good job Nothing 😄

I would like to stressed the fact that this is my experience and may differ from person to person. Thx for reading

Unow how’s the battery life? A lot of people are not satisfied with the battery life at all

NirbanPal I haven’t been playing the phone as an individual device- I have been using my phone with my iPad. With my current finding, I can last for a day. But if you run out of battery, it can charge quickly

Yes it takes some time to get used to the colors of the system, especially the monochrome icons.

I bought a brand new phone 2a plus from a reputed retailer. I was really happy with its optimal performance and awesome design. But, to my horror, I found out that the back corner, where the text is written, was a little bit cracked from the inside.i was surprised to see this. Such a defect was only possible during manufacturing, as it was behind the back of the phone.

There was also a metal flake on the glossy plate, I am not sure how that crept in!

Nonetheless, i went and the retailer didn’t hesitate to replace the product.

Even though this event does not make nothing a bad company for me, I still think that the fault is in its manufacturing.

I hope someone will look into this

      I love this brand! 😄

The mobile is so good , the camera quality, the sound quality and all, but things like this delayed notification, automatically stopping use of data after midnigh…this is all just very irritating and honestly whoever asks me how the nothing phone’ like me views on this device i always say dont go for it like never buy a cheaper phone at least you will get to use whatever basic functions a phone should
