I have this exact same problem. My Ear Sticks remain paired with my work phone and my computer, but won’t pair with my personal phone (which is the only one I really care about). I had a conversation with support at Nothing today, and they basically said there was nothing they could do because it was out of warranty and they don’t even make the product anymore. It’s a shame - I quite like my Ear Sticks, and would probably buy again, but not if there’s no solution to this.
