AgentY so you are saying YouTube cutting corners right? What about, primie video, netflix, Disney? Are they cutting corners as well? Because it’s everywhere, in every single black light video. The quality of display is bad, we just have to live with it, or sell the device.

Rudziav🇵🇱 I did not say so, I said that the problem is watching an SDR video rather than HDR, if you check any HDR video on youtube, the issue is nowhere to be seen. The problem with nothing is that thay only allowed their HDR for youtube meaning any other platform can’t show you HDR content on your nothing phone, if you look in the netflix settings, it clearly says it can’t show HDR. This is what nothing need to fix, this particular problem isn’t with the display.

AgentY Doesn’t matter if it’s HDR or SDR, bleeding is everywhere lol. Problem is in the display itself. Dunno if it’s hardware or software calibration.

Rudziav🇵🇱 I don’t understand what you are calling “bleeding” here, oled bleeding is that tint problem everybody is talking about. I do have this problem myself, but it really is only noticeable when fingerprint sensor is turned on, or if I’m whatching dark HDR content and only when it is dark enough in the room or outside. This problem with video playback is clearly something else.
