I purchased watch Pro. It got delivered today it is not counting steps. I am missing something in settings?

sachin_dighe16 nope you are not missing anything hand should be moved to count the steps ..if it’s in resting state sometimes it doesn’t count

    Can we order this online yet? Do you feel like it would look good on a thin female wrist?

      Newts well the watch pro has a display that is bigger than the display on the apple watch Ultra, surprisely the watch pro looks smaller than the ultra

        Rob ⚡️ the caller id(contact name) is not showing in the watch pro it is one of the main issue i have facing and find my phone is not working well as well as due to the watch was disconnected the app was closed and the notifications was not reciving is there any update come to watch pro to fix this issues …???

            Looks & feels great. But no google fit integration & if we do a treadmill, it doesn’t add those steps to my step count… needs fixing..

            I’ve just got my cmf watch pro today and am impressed by the watch in general, especially the build quality. The software integration is quite disappointing at the moment (especially no actionable notifications). I hope they are as quick and consistent as the nothing phone team in terms of software updates that will improve the watch. P.S. I bought the watch on impulse and because I liked what the nothing brand has been doing so far. Cheers

            I recently brought this watch pro, overall the design and interface are good but needs to improve a lot. It can get scratches fast.

            • It doesn’t have a good watch faces, please add some more. it would be great if we can create a custom watch face for it.
            • Time and date are important those are the basics. None only the analog watch faces has day and date.
            • It would be nice to check the what’s up messages. If I get 2 to 3 messages together I can’t see it on the watch.
            • Add more AOD watch faces. Existing ones are boring.
            • It doesn’t have third party connection health app like Google fit.
            • And everytime if I want a watch face I need to download it from the cmf app. At least give 3 more options, instead of one.
            • Add a to do list app please.

            If they add these then it would be good to use.

              So last week I got my Nothing Watch Pro and I was quite excited about it. It was a upgrade for me from my 4 years old Honor Band 5. So here is my view on the CMF by nothing Watch Pro after a weeks use.

              PROS

              First and foremost lets talk about the Pros. I will share my views as bullet points for an easy read.

              • Looks. The looks are quite good and is nothing like any other smart watches out there. It is different and has a premium looking finish according to me
              • Display. The display is quite big and initially it was too big for me considering my previous Honor Band 5. But after using it for a while it seemed nice to use
              • UI. The UI and software interactions is quite nice and smooth

              CONS (Requirements)

              The cons that I am going to list out all software related and can be fixed by software updates. I hope the Nothing developers sees this and make the Watch Pro better on the software side as it is with the Hardware side.

              The phone I am using is Xiaomi 11T Pro running MIUI14 on top of Android 13

              • Contact Sync. Incoming call contacts saved on phone are not shown. They are displayed as phone numbers. As I am writing this review, I had received an update on Watch and App saying it fixed the contact syncing issues but it never did for me. This is a really crucial bug as we are not able to know who is calling without picking up our phone.
              • App needs to be running in ‘Open apps’. In the app it shows an option to enable background running support. Even though its turned on, the app refuses to auto start or run on its own until it is opened manually and kept in open apps. This was never the case with my Honor Band 5 as it doesn’t required us to manually open the app to connect to watch. Since this automatic connect is not happening, we wont receive notifications or use find my phone on watch. So we cannot find our phone if the app is not running in the open apps list. Please make the app to run on background properly (Without manual intervention)
              • Anti lost feature for phone. This feature IS A MUST!!! The watch doesn’t notify the user if the bluetooth is disconnected. There should be a mechanism to notify the user through vibration and sound when their phone gets too far (to be disconnected) from them. It will help us to know if out phone has been lost. This was a great feature in my Honor Band 5 that helped me save and retrieve my phone 2 times. PLEASE PLEASE add this feature so that everyone can benefit from saving their phones from scenarios like pickpocket, etc.
              • Notification supported apps. There are many unnecessary non-installed apps shown on notification management section. Please show only installed apps. Also some important apps like GMail is missing in the app list. This is important for working people so as to receive Google chats on watch.
              • Search option in Contacts list on app. To set favorite contact for watch on app, there is no search bar in app. Please include it
              • Notification issues on watch. When more than 2 message notifications are received in a particular app, The watch shows ‘2 unread messages’ as notification on app rather than the actual message. For example, If I have an unread message in Whatsapp from a chat and I receive another message from someone else, the watch shows “2 messages 2 chats” when I raise my wrist. I will have to manually check the notification to read the actual message which is not convenient.
              • Option for customization. Please add option for customizing the home screen so that the required widgets are shown when we swipe left or right. Please add option to change the order of widgets too.

              I hope the Nothing developers sees this and fixes the problems ASAP.

              I purchased the Watch Pro at the London drop on 30th Sep, London. I’m amazed by its design and quality build, however, I agree with JacobThomas_GD1cBFr5x1 that watch faces, despite being so lovable for their aesthetic, stylish, unique, and strong character, need some adjustments in order to be more useful—especially outdoors, on the go.

              General feedback

              • The alarms are not sorted by time from 0 to 24 hours, they are sorted from oldest to most recently added, and it’s not intuitive that it jumps forth and back on time when you have several listed.

              • I miss the option to sort the App View order—specially in default list view, for example, if I want to have the alarms first on top of the list. This could be done in the CMF Watch App, and then sync.

              Watch faces feedback:

              • Overall, despite the big apple-watch-ultra-size of the screen, the graphic design language tends to use too much small fonts for proper readability and inclusivity—especially if you are over 40s. I understand the aesthetics, but it would be great if some watch faces could have a bigger font version. The good part this is something that can be updated from the software side.

              • I can imagine that having the largest number of watch faces ready for the Watch Pro launch drop on 30th Sep, was a priority for the design team. However, I would say that from now on some watch faces will need a revision, a v2.0 based on real-world use to be useful in addition to its beautifulness.

              • I agree to at least having at least three user-selected watch faces saved on the Watch Pro.

              Some watch faces notes:

              • “Type” built-in watch face may be the only one showing time and date properly. More versions with different typeface options would be very welcomed, for example same design with the doted CMF font

              • “Dial + Activity” built-in watch face is gorgeous however, I can not see the small type.

              • “Widgets” built-in watch face looks half-baked. Is it the top left quarter intended to be a real month calendar? I would use the red dot info for the month day instead of the Cº.

              • “Elaborate 2” is fantastic! However, the hour/min box has the text too small. Why not use this space for the hour, and the left pill with the Cº with the minutes?

              • “Radial” would be awesome if the time font would be bigger. So small is hard to see outdoors

              • “Mono dial” is beautiful, however lacks weekday/day date format, and font is, again, too small

              • “Radio”. A dark version would be amazing; (with bigger font, of course)

                The watch has an amazing display, since the screen size is big the texts are clear. Using the nothing phone and watch makes it nice since the UI is very similar. Loved everything but there are many cons

                Cons:

                1. Not able to receive notifications since the app doesn’t run in background
                2. The calls doesn’t show the name
                3. The app has limited features
                4. The step accuracy is awful even cheaper bands have good accuracy
                5. The battery life is decent

                Nothing should fix the notification sync and step accuracy since most of them buy a smart watch for these two things

                Coming from Amazfit I feel the nothing watch pro has too many cons

                In short not a pleasant experience so far

                If nothing fixed the above issues we can see them selling more watches since everyone would want an Android ecosystem

                  Can someone please tell me where I can purchase this watch as the nearest Nothing store is in Soho London and as i live in Leicestershire just wouldn’t be possible to purchase when you got to get yourself to London to get one as i have no transport and i was told by the Nothing company that all the new devices whatever they are would be on sale as from 10th October 2023 as it is now the 12th October 2023 and no sign of them on the website to purchase so i would appreciate some help on this matter please thank you everyone

                    Complain about the app it doesn’t seem to work in the background and looses connection to the watch if its removed from recent (for music control etc)
