What methods of troubleshooting have you tried?
Is your internet/data connection stable and does this issue appear on other devices using the same connection?
Have you performed a speed test to ensure your connection is strong? Such as Ookla Speed Test, or other such tests?
Finally, is this across all video playback apps? - have you tried re-installing the apps fresh and seeing any improvement?
