I’m not sure what you mean?
For some things, reaching out to support is necessary and while it does require some information about you and/or your device, this is well within industry norms and privacy policies and GDPR dictate that this has to be handled appropriately.
It looks like only main user has this option. Try to remove additional user, create new one, then check it again
