CMF Watch Pro Issues/Feedback

I love the designs Ux and everything about CMF and Nothing but there seems to be a problem with step tracking. Can someone tell me if it is a software bug that Nothing would fix or is it a hardware problem? Also, notifications are not showing on ios. Still hopeful for the success of the brand and their products.

Happy to say that Nothing Team is listening to user requests & constantly updating the software, but I could still see some improvements & important features missing & I want to mention it here for the team

Contact names are not being displayed when we receive calls instead only mobile number is being shown, I request the team to update this sync issue.
I can still observe the connection issues between watch & app at certain times. Please have a look on this & stabilize it.
Effective Music & Volume Controls. Unable to control the volume through watch despite the music app such as spotify is playing in the foreground, Please look on to this issue and update it in such a way that it works on all third party music apps as well.
Wake on wrist raise is not working when lying down.
Tap/Touch wake up screen can be implemented.
Despite having a very good speaker we cant listen music through watch. I request the team to look on to this issue as well.
GPS Connection can be improved & Stabilized.
Custom Notification sound for messages and alarm setup can be implemented.
In Notifications & text messages emojis are not being displayed hence it is looking odd, It would be better if emoji support is provided.
Vibration types can be introduced and intensity should be increased.
Can release more stylish watch faces and should also improve custom watch face style.
Sensors Accuracy can be still improved, Sometimes it is detecting the objects and furnitures tracking as well which shouldn’t happen at all.

I found these as basic & important features that should be present in this smart watch at this price range. Having known these issues are present in the software still I bought this watch recently, I hope team look on these issues and help in building the trust with their customers.

i have updated the Watch Pro to the latest firmware version (v11.0.50) but i still have problems with the GPS connection, it practically cannot find the signal. please correct.

Currently the timer app in the watch cannot be run in the background, when i exist the app or when the watch screen is turned off. On the other hand, stopwatch app works in the background even when the watch screen is off.

I generally use 1 hr to 2hrs timer and keeping the watch screen on for the entire duration drains battery fast.

Would like the timer app to work similar to the stopwatch app.
By default timers for 1min, 3min, 5, 10, 15, 30mins, 1hr and 2hrs are listed and i am unable to delete these default timers.

I would like the functionality to delete these timers and have only my own custom timers.

Option to do this through the mobile CMF app would be great.

Adit You’re so right. I’d love to be able to set custom timers and, for that matter, be able to set up alarms manually on the watch too. It would be great it alerted me that these timers were done with a strong vibration as well. Don’t know if that all can be done with a software update, but I really hope so!

I just bought watch pro, my watch is not tracking steps properly hopefully it can be sorted by the next software update

aswin454 I suggest you scroll up and read. Step count. Heart rate. Sleep tracking. All don’t work. All haven’t worked correctly since the watch was released. All haven’t been addressed. And NOTHING as far as answers from the NOTHING team.

Hi all,

usually the heart rate sensors light up when measuring the heart rate. My Nothing Watch Pro does not do that - is that a normal behaviour?

All of a sudden the watch and app have started comply making up sleep patterns, I don’t even wear it in bed yet I have detailed sleep data?

Last week in the afternoon I slept for 3 hours. But my watch pro does not read it and save it.

It would be nice to have an adjustment of the sensitivity of the screen activation because it is a bit too sensitive as it is.

Sometimes in incoming calls from contacts saved in the Watch Pro I do not receive the name of the caller

it would be nice to be able to display emoji in messages and to be able to reply to messages (even if only with pre-set phrases) and it would also be nice to be able to let the timer function work in the background (screen off) instead of leaving it on all the time as it is now. it would be a way to save battery power for people like me who make a lot of use of the timer function.

Google fit not sync with cmf app..and jogging mode not available in cmf app..so please fix the bug
