It would be great if a CMF smartwatch called ‘Slim’ was created, which would be exceptionally thin. The design would prioritize being sleek and lightweight, offering a comfortable and discreet experience for users.

I bought Watch Pro two weeks ago with firmware 11.0.0.52 which was released in April. And then nothing. No updates, although there is a lot to work on.

Support sent a reply like “blah blah blah, reinstall the app on your phone” and “blah blah blah, new updates come at different times in different regions”.

If there really is a .53 update being sent out, where is the official post with the fixes?

Please understand that I cannot commit to specific timelines for when updates will be rolled out, as I remain a third party and one of you. However, I can assure you that I take the feedback regarding the Watch Pro seriously, consistently raising it in meetings, and I will continue to do so in the upcoming board meeting.

        Adit You’re so right. I’d love to be able to set custom timers and, for that matter, be able to set up alarms manually on the watch too. It would be great it alerted me that these timers were done with a strong vibration as well. Don’t know if that all can be done with a software update, but I really hope so!

          I had the same issue where the Nothing pro watch detected steps when workout was on and not when it was out of workout. I went to the authorized service center and they were kind to replace it with another new watch. But surprisingly that watch also had the same issue. Then I started to think it might be some setting in my phone causing this then we tried on another phone again the same issue workout steps are gathered and not the normal footsteps when we are out of workout mode. The next day Nothing technician called me and asked to visit the showroom. I went and then when he walked with my watch the normal footsteps were tracked and when I walked it was not.

          Long story short, this was due to the fact that I was moving my wrist too fast when I was brisk walking. The solution to this inconsistency is to walk normally with the hands down and not moving the wrist too fast or too much. You can walk fast but ensure your wrist doesn’t go up and down too fast. I am posting this to help everyone who might be facing this issue.

          FrancescoFumelli Hello mate, there is no official news from CMF on the support timeline for the Watch Pro. I can say that CMF are continually reviewing their product line and looking to improve both their software and hardware.

            I’ve been using this watch for a while now, but I’m starting to get bored with the limited selection of watch faces. I really wish there were more options for customization, like being able to create our own designs or even allowing third-party designers to upload their work. I’m not sure if that’s legally possible, but it would definitely be a cool feature. Are they stopping updates for this watch? If anyone knows about any new updates or ways to get more creative with the watch faces, please let me know!
