How do I find New fingerprint animation with signature dot matrix styling I can’t find it anywhere?

ArgirisZannikos I have the same problem with in-app browsing from various apps. Often the page is blank until I scroll, and blinking most of the time.

lauro_fabricio In this list I think first one is only hardware issue. Others are related to software. And some of the issues like if you have youtube premium why are you getting ads that is not Nothing’s issue. That issue is related to youtube itself. Nothing is not responsible for playing in-app ads. So try reporting to youtube once for this

I’m kinda liking this minimal clock and date…the wallpaper looks nice due to that

    Vishwam thanks.

Issue #1 the phone has been working fine again for a few days now, so waiting to see if it happens again. What’s the best way to know for sure?

Issue #2, I see your point, however, it worked fine in the previous phone (pixel 6) and the same for the other 2 issues, and that’s why it looks like the problem was introduced by the OS 3.0.

lauro_fabricio Regarding your issue 2 as I said nothing is not responsible for showing ads of other apps. That’s why I think this is due to youtube premium. Just check with them once.

And regarding your issue 1 the best way to check is to go to service center or contact customer support

So I had this problem for quite some time when I updated the phone to NOS 3.0 (I’m using NP2) whenever I received a notification from messenger app (yes I’ve set up essential notification correctly because it worked normally previously) it didn’t light up the essential notification led. I was confused so I started experimenting. I re setup it. I restarted the phone and nothing worked. And today I found the cause of this problem. For some reason after the update something called “bubble notification” turned on. I thought it was a nice feature. Opening chats from any app and stuff. Turns out because of this little feature the essential notification glyph is not turning on. Please nothing. If it’s possible make that both can be turned on at the same time. I need the essential notification glyph as well as the bubbles.

so its been about a month since I’ve been using the new beta nothing OS 3.0 and I must say, it was a good decision that Nothing waited to perfect it for NP2 while they initially released it only for NP2a.

here are some points i liked about this update:

      • the new quick settings is indeed good, i wish the color scheme were better planned though. some icons show white while some show red. but it’s understandable because the settings that show red color are either nothing’s unique quick settings like glyph or DND and focus mode.
      • lockscreen: i love how i can customize and put more things in my lockscreen now. but they need to bring back the old clock as well, it was pretty.
      • font: even though i dig with the new font, i miss the n-dot.
      • system: I’ve been checking up on average RAM and CPU usage ever since i started using this update and i must say, it is very well optimised for a beta software. kudos to that 👏🏻
      • camera: now i have faced a lot of trouble with my camera recently. the pictures get blurry with noise and extra sharpening in low light. there’s less color grading in HDR modes. i like how its supporting third party camera apps like blackmagic camera but other than that, they need to fix camera again.
      • request: you need to add a music widget for lockscreen, and add a feature where i can add a song to my liked playlist by double tapping.

      thank you. xoxo

josecordoba honestly, not bad. the new feature where i can stop charging automatically at a certain battery level helps me with keeping the battery health good, while I can’t say much about the runtime because i keep my phone docked to the wireless charger, so i barely run out of battery all day

Bro the gallery app just got leaked with ai features like cutout it’s crazy

Loving the Nothing phone 2 and everything it offers so far, but there’s one feature that could take it to the next level. It’d be incredible to have the option to add custom fonts and change emojis in NothingOS 3.0. Being able to download and use your own fonts would allow for more personal customization and creativity, while a wider selection of emojis would give users the ability to truly make their device reflect their style. Having control over these small but impactful aspects would make the phone feel even more unique to each individual user. A step towards complete personalization would make the #NothingPhone even more awesome! Keep pushing the boundaries!

Kind of an unrelated question: Will nothing pre install both nothing gallery and google photos on np3? If you do that it kind of feels a bit weird.
