Low Battery Warning - Game Mode - Help

I’m writing this to tell my experience on battery percentage warning. While in gaming mode, if the battery percentage is low the phone doesn’t even give a warning or alert popup or notification it just randomly drains fully and shutdowns mid game. My old phones gives alerts battery critical . But this phone(NP2a) doesn’t even remind you battery percentage is low unless you pull down the notifications, is this a lacking feature or is there anything that i can turn on from the settings. If its not pls add this in future updates its really annoying phone shutdowns midgame

SouravK Hello mate, have you checked to see whether ‘Do Not Disturb’ for games is toggled on in your Game mode settings (Settings > System > Game Mode > Game Dashboard). That might be way you’re not getting notifications.

If it is switched on, I’d suggest logging this as product feedback via ‘Settings > System > Feedback’ 🙂

hrry No i didn’t turned it on. I would like to know if anyone have the same experience as me? Like playing games while below 10% battery and the phone doesn’t give any warning or alert or popup about when phone about to shut down or at <5%? Anyone have the same experience / solution pls reply

SouravK yea i have been experiencing multiple shut doen caused i was not Minding the battery and there was no alert for even 5% or less

I have been experiencing the same issue. I think nothing os didn’t have an low battery alert yet

Yes.!! I am one of the intense phone user and I usually plug in the last minute.

And in between tasks i forgot to look at battery and only notice when it says “Shutting down”.

The animation is pretty dope. But please add a low battery alert as it shuts down in between tasks.

And really wish it has one. I even saw the phone @0% today.. thats a rare.!!

JugalKJ Yeah not only in game mode. It doesn’t even give a notification while using normally too..Isnt low battery alert is a basic feature? Im tired of the phone shutting down randomly while using and unaware of battery %

Same Problem Face In phone 1 to playing Free Suddenly Battery Decrease 6% To 3% And Graphics Not Top But Problem too Rise In last 2 Days.

I have the same issue on Phone 2 and it drives me to the point where i wanna sell it and buy another brand (even though i don’t like to change my phone often)

The last battery low notification is at 10%, lower than that you’re on your own. No 5% warning, no 0% warning, nothing, just that Shutting down screen while in mid game. My old Xiaomi had a notification with a 30 seconds countdown and you had enough time to plug your charger before it shut down. And yes, the notification was shown even mid game, even with game mode and/or dnd mode on.

I also support this, my phone 2 doesn’t show any warning for 10 % or 5%. It’s very frustrating when we emerged in any work all of sudden phone shutdown without any notification. Please consider this issue on next updates.
