we already have hidden app section, plus password as well. is there any need for another password?

    You guys provided us an app lock feature but we can’t use a different pin or password means anyone who knows your screen lock password can easily go through it.

    There is very useful feature in others smartphone from which we can totally block the internet acess for an specific app but in nothing phones you don’t provide it 😞.

    There is no passwords needed for hidden app 😕 means who know how to open hidden app can easily get my stuffs. Also you don’t provide basic features like vault(Hide photos and videos) with a different password required.

    So whoever is reading from nothing home please add up these basic features in your nothing phones. These are the most needed functions (features) in our daily life.

    its_Akhil yeah but like why? I mean, does your ATM pin have 2 diff codes? or same? its same one for security purpose. its same case here. does anyone asks bank , my family knows my pin code. I want to have diff one as well.

              yet thhey buy it. do you think people want 60FPS in phone? low range android gives 120? and we all got needs doesnt mean we will get what we want. we gotta look at the big picture and not just something unnecessary like this. password or pin is for security , not for everything that you can share. and no its same scene, where security is main thing. and even if brand gives this away, people will be like why cant we have same password ? now I have to remember two of them? password isnt something you share with people even if its your family or friends. do do you all share password of instagram or some? coz they wanna watch reels?

                          Anonymous297 talk about shit I have used multiple brands as for experience haw can you say I was unsatisfied I have used 3 realme phone 8 11 pro p1 pro and my Experiance was nice I have these phone in my family this nothing phone was purchased by my family member but they find it a more sober phone so they switched with my p1 pro not like your this and that shit so for you who cares for someone opinion who doesn’t care about privacy

                          In my family we don’t do like this is mine that is yours my tablet is used by everyone and my laptop is used by my brother so can I say this is mine don’t lay a finger on it if I was unsatisfied by these brands how I switch 3 gen of realme smartphone so don’t say if you don’t know

                                    In this upcoming nothing os update we seriously need an option of setting a different password to our App lock. User should be able to create or set a different password to his App lock .

                                      I wanted to share some feedback regarding the application hiding feature in the Nothing CMF Phone 1.

                                      Currently, the hidden applications can be accessed simply by swiping right, which defeats the purpose of hiding them. Without the requirement of a password or any additional security step to access these hidden applications, this feature does not truly serve as a privacy measure.

                                      It would be highly beneficial if a password or some form of authentication is made mandatory to access hidden applications. This would ensure user privacy and enhance the functionality of the feature.
