I got a phone 1 and just bought this week a CMF phone 1 to my grandmother. I’m trying to make it as user-friendly as possible (she’s 89). She just needs it to video call family in Canada. But the notifications pop up as a badge and not full screen.
I activated everything that I can in the notifications settings, remove all constraints from battery saving mode. Overrided everything in do not disturb mode. Still it appears as a badge. I think it’s an android 14 problem because the same erro apear in my phone 1 and in my mother’s oppo and they are all running android 14.
Just need some answers, even if it is “there is nothing you can do”.
