ICICI imobile pay Rooted error

This error is coming when I try to open my ICICI imobile pay app on my nothing phone 2a and my device is non-rooted, do anyone have any solutions?

hulucrazyboy I can confirm its not issue with open beta 3.0 ! Myself using imobile ICICI app and I am on open beta OS 3.0 ! Try to uninstall and install the app and restart the mobile once.

Which version of Nothing OS are you using? If you’re on the 3.0 Open Beta, it is standard that some payment apps won’t work with beta software.

No I am using stable version 2.6

Same behaviour of imobile pay in nothing phone 2 ,seems like false positive detection by the app

Heera i can using 2.6 stable version in my nothing phone 2a and I recently get a security patch update, after this update this rooted error is coming in my ICICI imobile pay app, i already reinstall it and Clear data but still it’s showing me the same error & others banking apps are working fine, why this happened? Any solution?

I have already tried to clear cache/reinstall the app still the issue remains

Did you installed any other apps that could have cause this? Have you contacted ICICI app support instead?

it’s just that the application doesn’t detect the Make and Build id for nothing phones. It’s detecting nothing os as a custom rom lol.

DId you contact your ICICI bank to clarify? They might did something to your account like locking your internet banking service.

Zacksq yes I already contacted with the icici customer care, they told me that clear the app data, reinstall which I can already do 😂

Using icici imobile but not faced such issue till now. Just be something to do with the app

I am facing the same issue from last 48 Hr in my mum’s mobile & as discussed my friend circle, those are getting problem who has old mobile before bought 2019 model and all are not get the problem at the same time and same day but who are getting update notification on daily base and update imobile app then problem will start.
