Dirt Particles inside Nothing Phone (2)

Hello greetings, I’m a new Nothing Phone (2) user. I got the device on 09/oct/23 through Flipkart, i checked it thoroughly for any physical damages and Dust particles inside the glass,but didn’t noticed anything. But yesterday when i checked closely again and saw Brown Colour small marks inside it. Seems like it’s a issue from QC side. Please help me with it. Thank you

As the title suggests, there’s dust inside the back panel. It’s been exactly 18 days since I had made the purchase. And today while cleaning the back I realized there’s a few (5-7) dust particles which I couldn’t get rid off. After closer examination I realized there are dust particles literally inside the phone. I didn’t realize this earlier as I had the back-cover on it since the day 1. Now what should I do? It’s really annoying that the device is refurbished as it seems.

I’ll add pictures as soon as I get hang of somebody.

BilakshanPurohit Hello, please send a picture when you can. If it’s indeed dust inside the cover panel, you should contact the nothing support to see what they can do with your unit in particular
