Every company in India has their parts price on their official website with labour charges and everything else or if there is something kind of extra off on them for limited period of time.

But Nothing has Nothing. Even after 2-3 year of their launch not even a single part’s price is available online for the people to calculate an estimate before visiting a service centre that is for the most people some hundred KM far. Also the representative on the customer care call helpline got Nothing. They themselves have no idea about the charges or even a simple estimate for parts.

I wanted to get an estimate for the charging port as it become loose and is getting connected and disconnected frequently, i have to try atleast 4-5 sometimes 10 time to get to charge and i use cmf 65w charges and nothing cable from the start. But there is no information available.

Nothing is also not registered in righttorepairindia governmental programme.

I do hope this get addressed quickly cause Nothing is already too late for this.

    I also have same problem when i check i find lot of dust in my port.

    I suggest you to visit local shop and they will clean you Port.

      Among there is sone what dust a little bit in my phone 1 but that’s not an issue I once went to service centre and they told me they would clean it for free and I declined at that time because there were only 3-4 dust particles and they haven’t increased after 3-4 months so good to goo but planning to get it clean after a month or two

      Among but this will risk for scratch as they will use very roughly especially the transperant back. The people who repair they are very roughly in handling the devices.

      hrry already did a few months ago did it again few days ago , i dont think this even makes a difference.

      Would i take this initiative and make sure no matter what we will serve the product right way as it is without any scratch or damage. I can take this initiative.

      Hello Nothing Team. Is pretty disappointed that a company focused on sustainability did not sell spare parts for clients.

      Take a google as example selling parts on ifixit, other manufacturers joined it.
