Nice work I just also wish that widget would be larger and resizable. Mu fingers are perhaps too big and i often pause game by accident.

I’m absolutely loving the new Snake Game community widget! It’s amazing to see the classic game reimagined as an interactive widget—it’s such a nostalgic and fun addition. I’d love to see more innovative and engaging games brought to life as widgets in the future. Fantastic work—keep it up!

KartiPavi look in play store for Nothing Community Widgets -> install. Open widgets how you normally do it and find snake game. Enjoy!

It appears that I’m the first to post a bug

After installing the widget on my nothing 2a, it worked as expected for a couple of days. However, now my single taps to change the snake’s direction aren’t affecting anything; the “snake” only continues to move horizontally in the center of the screen. However, double-tapping does pause the game. This reaffirms that my fingers aren’t that of a zombie. Whew!

Comments? Fixes?

heviiguy - hey! Are you tapping on the widget to alter the snakes direction?

I find a swipe is the only input method that works for my use case. Have you tried this, instead of a single tap?

Rob the navigations on the screen should be disabled when the game is going on, there are too many instances of accidentally opening notification panel or app drawer or swiping the screen away while playing, to do these we could pause the game and get to the work, any call could pause the game automatically. Thoughts?
