just a confusion 🤔reg. HighFPs mode in some games…it is quit difficult for me to understand that nothing phone 1 with less CPU performance and GPU provides game with HighFPS rate in certain games(heating issue exceptional )..…nothing phone 2 failing to match up with its predecessor makes me wonder is it normal for a device with such price range.

battery optimisation in phone2 is far superior than phone1 it is apprciable in every ascept…but there should not be any compromise in gaming… and also they should also focus on their own game mode, present game mode provides less options and is not reliable (no pop up game mode logo in my case)…

Yeah, I agree.

But I think this is partly the game dev fault too. They might not have added support yet. If we see for COD mobile, there is the option to play in ultra.

Hello, what is the reason for this behavior of the phone: I played Farlight 84 at 60 fps, since initially Nothing phone 2 could not produce more fps in games, but yesterday I played several matches with 120 fps, although I did not change the phone system settings. is it a system failure or something else?

    KOTY4 did you update to 2.5.1 ? Maybe this new release bumped up the FPS. That’s great if it’s the case !

      Hello, I don’t have any system updates at the moment, unfortunately. I read that in some way you can upgrade to 2.5.0 or 2.5.1, since this is under development and is considered a beta version.

        Remi F I think that at the moment there is no way in my region to update the system to 2.5.0 or 2.5.1. The developers wrote that they are ready to provide the update gradually, not immediately to everyone.

          Why nothing phone 1 has nothing for boost game like call of duty? I thought this phone can run 120 fps in game but it’s only 60 fps in game

          I checked Developer Options - Force high refresh rate and high refresh rate in display option. But it doesn’t work in Geometry Dash. My SW Version is latest A14 and living in South Korea. I don’t want to touch adb…

                My fps are stuck at 60 while playing games such as Free fire max. The game supports 90 fps so does my cmf phone 1, but it’s stuck at 60. Can anyone please help me out

                  MR_noob Same exact problem with the CMF Phone 1. I find it absurd that it claims to have 120 FPS but in the game (the game is world war Heroes and it supports 120fps very well) it doesn’t even reach 60 FPS. It’s a situation that makes me very nervous because of its paradoxical nature.

                    Guys, try putting the game you want to play in small window mode and then back to full screen, I was able to bypass 60 fps lock on my 2a in geometry dash and soul knight with this method, and I think it is not the full list, try doing it for yourself.
