Firmware rollouts are usually staggered, meaning not all users will receive the update simultaneously. This approach allows us to monitor for any issues and ensure a smooth and stable deployment.

  3. Improved synchronisation to improve the music widget playback experience.
  4. Optimised the sleep interface display.
  5. Improved the cycle function to ensure clearer and more accurate period records.
  6. Enhanced overall user experience.

    Run tracking being out (800 yards gives you a kilometre) seems to be fixed based on one effort.

    Unfortunately the workouts no longer sync from the phone to the CMF app, let alone Strava!

    Terrible update. The notification experience has been ruined. On WhatsApp, if I have just recieved one text, then fine, it shows the proper text notification when I receive it. But when I get a text again keeping the previous texts unread or multiple texts from different chats one after another, it shows something along the lines of “Received 3 messages from 2 chats”, not the message that I have received at that moment. When I swipe up, I do see the message received, but the previous texts get duplicated, as if I have been sent them again. Also, when I am sent some link on WhatsApp as a text, it shows sensitive content hidden. I didn’t change any of my phone’s settings and I don’t want to select show sensitive content when locked in my phone settings to make it accessible on my lock screen. I want to keep it secure. I just want the text to be visible on my watch. This issue has arisen only after the watch firmware update, everything was working fine before. And I updated it properly without any tinkering, so I know the issue is not from my side.

      AakashJagad Yep! Same. So annoying when trying to check the notification while on the road. I assumed this was a WhatsApp error. Hope they fix this!

      Weird thing. Most watch faces now have an aod counterpart. But not “slope time” (the default face)!

      It’s still stuck with non matching aod styles😅

        This is probably by design, there was a watch face previously that had an ‘exclusive’ AOD style and this was intentional.

        AakashJagad Hey bro! I am also facing the same issue after a recent update. The multiple WhatsApp messages don’t show any text rather the watch shows "Received 3 messages from 2 chats” which is quite annoying. Previously there was no such issue. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

        I received this watch today. I can’t manage to set up the weather :c I’ve given all possible permissions on my phone, but the weather still doesn’t show up on the watch. Restarting the phone and the watch doesn’t help ._ . Has anyone encountered this issue?

        Ps The issue with WhatsApp is also relevant. I only receive a notification about the number of messages, not the content of the messages.

        I just recevied my CMF Watch Pro 2.
        The watch showed a QR code and indicated I need to upgrade it before I can use it.

        I followed the instruction and tried to upgrade the watch but the progress bar is stuck at 0% for half hour.

        I also tried to unbind and bind the watch , restart the iphone and the watch… but the problem cannot be solved.

          Since the update happened last week, I cannot connect to the watch with Android phone, only with iPhone. Is any update to fix this on the way?

          The solution that provided by HelpDesk is something called “Normal IT support procedure” like “reboot”, “bind / unbind”… But that’s fine since I am also a IT support, so I understand.

          But there is no response from Hong Kong Distributor, and it made me feel frustation.

          No more Nothing product anymore even I got a pair of Nothing earplug

          Terrible update.

          Has ruined the watch to the point where I regret buying it in the first place.

          1. The biggest issue - The watch seems to auto reset every 2 days making it barely usable and extremely frustrating to own. Everything will be working fine, and then boom the device is off. You turn it on and all the settings and every change you have made to your settings are all gone. I feel like throwing this watch away.
          2. As many have pointed out, WhatsApp notifications are as good as off because you can’t view anything on here.
          3. No real fix for the disconnect issue. I use the best Nothing Phone - the Phone 2 and if this thing has such a terrible connection with this phone then I can just guess how bad it would be with phones outside the ecosystem.
          4. Coming to ecosystem - please Nothing atleast integrate some parts of Nothing OS to work with the product - auto syncing Pedometer widget with the watch, auto sync alarms, etc.

            RitvikRungta I’ve just noticed that. You see that there are new WhatsApps, but you can no longer see individual messages!

            My CMF watch pro 2 is saying “Please connect to the app to upgrade again” and displays a barcode, my phone is saying that im on the latest watch version and i have no updates for the app itself, any way to fix it?
