I enthusiastically recommended the Phone 2A to my cousin, as she always relied on me for advice when purchasing new phones. However, despite my best intentions, the device has caused significant issues, particularly with voice and video calls. Despite multiple troubleshooting attempts, the problems persist, making my suggestion seem futile.
Unfortunately, I faced a similar experience with the Phone 1. Due to recurring call-related issues, I had to sell it just one month after purchase. Currently, I am using the Phone 2, and while I initially tried to overlook some of its shortcomings, certain inconsistencies have become apparent. These include issues with app compatibility, display performance, and the camera. While the battery backup remains a positive aspect, signal reception varies unpredictably across different locations, adding to the frustration.
I am now contemplating selling the Phone 2 as well. However, I plan to give the upcoming 3.0 update a chance, hoping it will address these issues. If not, I may consider switching to a different brand altogether.
