Same issue just popped up for me. Feedback from support was to send to repair centre, but not sure what to expect. Support didn’t make clear if it’s even under warranty.
I love these buds. Sound is perfect for my needs, and being able to tune them to my ears is really helpful.
But to only get one good year of battery out of them seems ridiculous to me? Am I expecting too much? Feel a bit ripped off.
