When we put our phones on DND by flipping, there is the initial light trail. That is awesome. Shows us the phone is in DND mode.

But every time there is a notification, the glyph lights flash. And that is very distracting. I put the phone on DND for a reason. Hoping Nothing Team gives an option to show only priority notifications flash(the diagonal bar up top). That’d be super useful

The feature you’re referring to is Flip to Glyph, this is different to DND and is meant to flash when recieving notifications and calls but does not make sound.

If you’re just wanting to make use of DND on its own then you may need to disable Flip to Glyph or disable the glyphs entirely.

In DND you can set priority apps and people that are excluded from being muted.

I think he meant ‘Flip to Glyph’ mode when he said DND.

When FTG is activated, light just blinks for non-essential notifications and the light is kept on for essential notifications. It would be better if there is an option to turn off lights for non-essential notifications when in FTG mode.

Could you add an option to have FTG but only flashing when essential notifications? Or maybe an FTG + DND that if you flip the phone, goes to DND and deactivates glyph the interface.
