During my recent vacation, I exclusively used the Nothing Phone 2 (12GB RAM & 256GB storage) as my primary device. Over the course of the trip, I captured more than 15GB of photos and videos. While on roaming, I encountered frequent signal drops and call connectivity issues. Interestingly, a companion using the same network on a Poco X6 did not face such problems, even in challenging situations like traveling on a train, where the Nothing Phone 2 consistently struggled with reception.
This experience has left me increasingly disillusioned with Nothing as a brand. Instead of addressing real user issues, the company seems more focused on monetizing its products. Moreover, the delayed rollout of Nothing OS 3.0 has been extremely frustrating. Despite months of waiting, there has been no tangible update, only a hype-driven approach reminiscent of Apple’s marketing strategies. Rather than delivering solutions, the brand appears to be losing its edge and alienating its users.
