My CMF buds pro 2 is not connecting with my laptop, i tried rebooting the buds and my lap, but still it not showing in my laptop Bluetooth. My laptop has Bluetooth 5.3 version and i updated the drivers, can anyone help me with this issue?.

Unpair/forget the Buds Pro
With buds in the case, charge the case with buds still in and turn off Bluetooth on laptop
Wait
Open Buds case and hold pair button, until white LED pulses
While LED is flashing, turn on Bluetooth on mobile laptop
Go to bluetooth settings on laptop and scan for devices
Select and pair with Buds Pro
Buds Pro should now be visible and functional

hrry Hello there mate, my laptop runs with windows 11 home OS and it worked, thank you for helping me with this issue.
I am trying to connect my CMF Buds Pro 2 to my laptop but it keeps showing “Couldn’t connect ”.
I was earlier facing some battery issues, so I decided to reset my buds, but after reset i am not able to connect it to my laptop again. It connects for a few seconds and disconnects. It does not appear in audio devices, rather just appears as a device my list of Bluetooth devices.
I have tried resetting, i have tried connecting mode, i have tried to forget the device and then reset and connect. but every time it just connects for a few seconds and disconnects.
Also to mention, after every reset it connects completely normally to my iPhone but just fails with windows. And my other Bluetooth devices connect absolutely normally except these buds.
Before resetting they connected automatically but i am facing issues after the reset. My windows is Windows 11. Also I have tried turning on and off Dual pairing from my phone, and also turned of my phones Bluetooth and tried only with my laptop’s Bluetooth
