But even if you go through your own links you will notice, apart from the oppo phone, all other manufacturers have responded and have taken on them to conduct investigation. Xiaomi had multiple blasts in the past and they always conducted an investigation and conveyed the results.
I want Nothing to be the same, acknowledge incident, conduct investigation and share results. That reassures the customers and establshes brand loyalty. Ignoring the whole thing and waiting for news to die down is really not a good strategy.
