As most of us are already known to this, Nothing 2a sucks big time when it comes to displaying HDR content. The users have reported issues like color bleeding, visible pixel tear and noise and colors turning oversaturated. following up, recently he was able to get some support through the service centre. they told him that the issue is caused by BOE displays a lot of NP2a’s use. during the comparison between BOE display and VisionOX display under normal stock android settings, the BOE display felt warmer and it was like yellowish orange in tone. There was a visible noise and the colors were weird. I have attached the video images below:

Also, the basic colors under this area were completely different!

Not to forget, upon testing with 4 users, all the BOE display users faced the exact similar issue. This is a huge negative user experience because it makes watching any kind of content a nightmare. its the most basic of things. this needs to be fixed. Nothing needs to step up and take the responsibility.

      Thanks for mentioning bro, btw To nothing team I have a request that atleast give a proper reply why BOE displays facing problem and not the vnx? Also if BOE is inferior than the vnx one, then why they even using it under the production lineup. This time I need a proper reply from the nothing team. I hope this message won’t be dismissed by the team.

        ZEN_EBL5zUgEXF nothing team will never accept the issue nor promise to fix this via software release. They are quite mute many users reported this issue. It feels bad experience while watching any video, movie content. When we raise voice their support team will bombard with saying that this is not at all device issue and infact you are careless to resolve it yourself. And compare with high end devices and says that what are you expecting from mid range device. 😂🤣

          MohammadBagheri its alright, we’ll just not buy nothing products in the future to show em who’s the boss. They better fix this.

            They won’t fix even minor bugs so why will they fix this? They will just ignore. 🙃

            I have been facing pixelated display while playing HDR videos or watching content which has dark background. I don’t know if this is a software bug or an issue with the display. Please suggest what shall I do to fix the issue. 🙏

              At low brightness, during WhatsApp video call, display seems like cracked or visible pattern of pixels. I guess Team has used very cheap quality display.
              Please fix the issue asap, instead of OS 3.0.

              Team should focus on Display issue, camera issue, Battery Optimization on priority. We can get Android 15 later also.

              Mods are invisible now, otherwise they are first to jump to the ship if nature of issue is easy.
              Nothing should replace all the displays free of cost with a proper OLED’s

              I recently bought my new nothing 2 a plus and I really love this product but while using the mobile I noticed a issue. whenever I play a video in youtube or watch movie in Netflix I’ve been facing a grey and black noise on my display give me a solution nothing team and solve this issue
