can CONFIRM charging issue with 3.0

with the same charger, it would charge at 25 W with NOS 2.6

Thus the implementation of PPS 2.0 seems faulty in this 3.0 beta for the CMF1. That 12.5W max is the same I get with an PD 2.0 supply like an apple one for my MacBookAir.

battery usage issue after 3.0 beta update

    Dear nothing,

    I’ve been using beta early access of nothing os 3 on my CMF phone 1 and I’ve noticed that there is no option to change the color of clock on home screen to dark oppose to the light background wallpaper. As someone seeing the company that focuses on design this issue was a bit irritating. I expected to see the color of the clock change to a dark shade color picked from the applied wallpaper like the other UI changes theme according to the wallpaper applied, and if we are talking about customisation any not add range of colors to choose from for lock screen and widgets just like for home screen,Also the range to choose the design of clock was can be good too. I am attaching the comparison on IOS and Nothing lockscreen.

    Pros

    1. The phone feels even more smooth now (with occasional jitters in camera app and some random times)
    2. I like the new control panel.
    3. Having given NOS 3.0 built on A15 for a budget phone while other companies haven’t even given for the mid range phones.

    Cons / Suggestions

    1. There could be long press and switch btw the mute, vibration and ring toggle rather than just tap.
    2. The places where Ndot font was before and now with different font appears off like the battery percentage at the bottom of the screen after turning off the phone and in battery setting.
    3. The AOD sort of things appears small than before and the alignment is slightly off.
    4. Please implement the real AOD in CMF Phone 1.
    5. Give us more fonts to choose from.
    6. As mentioned before there are some occasional jitters and once the phone hung for a significant amount of time, hope this gets fixed in the Stable Update.
    7. Please give us more options on Hotspot settings like blocking devices, temporary password access, etc.

    So I downloaded the latest 2.6 update then saw that 3.0 beta was available so downloaded that but didn’t have to option to install this.

    Please give rollback package ASAP

    Got a few stalls today and had to reboot. Never had that with 2.6 but it is a beta.

    Happened in Chrome with intermittent scrolling and touch repsoniveness.

    No biggie really.

    EDIT1: Awesome pop-up window. Must be an A15 feature with the tab on the side via minimisation. I usually switch between streaming news channels while I’m using the phone and doing other stuff like typing here.

    Really, really nice implementation.

    yogi phone 1 is still supported by nothing.

      add the bluetooth headphone icon to the status bar, add the ability to change icons in the status bar and change fonts in the system, please.

        I updated my CMF Phone 1 to NOS 3.0 Beta yesterday (14 December).

        I was afraid that I might lose my data because I had read the disclaimer.I want to tell everyone that my data is safe and I really liked NOS 3.0. You guys can also update without hesitation.

        There are some glitches while starting and closing apps which will probably be fixed with the next update.

        I see that in 3.0 OS is that when we switch the ring to vibrate or silent it’s first ring and tap second time then comes to silent mode then third time comes to vibrate mode. Ah, it’s not good. In 2.6 OS you firstly do ring and then vibrate and then silent. Please change this in 3.0 OS

        Nice update software team. I wanted to know when you are going to release stable update.

        Prons and cons

        Still AOD features is missing only get temporary Aod . Add customised Always on display.

        Improve battery draining after this update.

        There are some lags while scrolling.

        After this update not getting good ping getting ping for gaming.

        Previous update the 5g speed is good. After this update not getting good 5g speed.

        Not able to use 5g it shows Nsa is disconnected

        Add 5g ++ carrier aggregation.

        Improve all of these above things in stable update.

        Working ok performance wise, only two niggles are adaptive brightness keeps turning itself back on after I turn it off, (not straight away but after a period of not using it it’s back on again) and miss the descriptions under the control tiles.
