Recently, I bought an Anker Prime 250W power bank, but unfortunately, I’m having trouble charging my Nothing Phone. The power bank charges everything I’ve tested except for my phone. My phone does show it’s charging, but the percentage doesn’t go up.

The power bank recognizes my phone, it sets the voltage to 5.1V, but the current remains 0A. I’ve tested it with different cables, charged the power bank to 100%, and restarted my phone. I’m currently running Nothing OS 3.0, so maybe it’s a bug in the beta.

If you know a fix, please let me know.

I am also in the same boat. I got the Anker Prime 27,650mAh Power Bank (250W) - https://www.anker.com/products/a1340-250w-power-bank?variant=43739694465174

I charged my iPAD, Lenovo Laptop, and Sony XM5s. It worked perfectly; however on Nothing phone 2 - but despite being detected, my phone is not charging.

The current value shows up to be zero every single time - tried changing the ports, tried different cables, restarted the phone. None of this works.

Is there something wrong with the Nothing OS not allowing Anker to charge it up?

Hello, did you try using the originale USB nothing cable? In many discussione, the issue seems ti be exactly the cable

kartikpalli I have the same power bank and I get the same outcome. I was able to charge an old Pixel 5 with a random USB C to USB C cable without issue. My Nothing Phone 2 was showing that it was plugged in but it wasn’t actually charging.

Facing the same issue with an Anker 737, the phone recognizes its plugged in but refuses to draw current.

VisnuB This is a firmware issue, so no I have not found a solution. Nothing needs to fix this.
