I’ve experienced this issue on three different days now, with most of my 6-7 hours of sleep going untracked, including today, when I woke up after 4 hours of sleep (from 23:00 to 03:00), but the watch didn’t track any.

Since it said that I wasn’t wearing the watch right, my first instinct was to check if the heart rate monitoring worked, and it did.

Here’s yesterday’s stats where it tracked a little over one hour compared to the 5-6 hours I actually slept for.

And here’s another day where I woke up in the middle of the night after more than two hours of sleep (a little before 00:00 to 02:30), which went untracked and hence led to a cycle that supposedly began after 02:39…

Will reset the watch now and wait to see whether the tracking works tonight… Cheers!

I reset the watch yesterday, and while my sleep got detected today, can’t call it an improvement either. I slept at around 22:00, woke up after midnight and slept in a while again, but the watch detected sleep only after 1:37…

I’ve had incomplete / poor sleep tracking for almost every day since the latest updates to the watch. (11.0.0.40)

Sleep tracking was working pretty much flawlessly since I got my watch on 05/10/2023, but since the update, I’ve had four days of broken sleep detection and I’m not sure what’s going on anymore…

Edit: Most of the tracking problems have occured when I woke up in the middle of my sleep and then proceeded to sleep again, could the problem be related to that?

Edit: Nap tracking also hasn’t worked, with both my naps going untracked today… I have the stand up reminder turned off too…

Ash Almost everything is broken in the watch. Sleep, Steps and notifications do not work. You should just use this watch like a normal watch. Nothing should have QA’d before releasing the watch. Budget fitness bands do a better job than this

For me it just tracked over 1h of sleep while I was actively gaming.

Yep. Still broken. Started monitoring my sleep at almost midnight and missed the other 3 hours of sleep before that. Straight up garbage. Nothing need to fix this problem ASAP.

    Using 11.0.0.49

is the sleep tracking working fine, even if u sleep multiple times in a day ,, and how you can visualize it?

@Ash "#p34093 seems like it doesn’t.. I am someone who sleeps in the day and study in the night in silence.. but it doesn’t detect any of my daytime sleep but very efficiently catches even a 30 min nap in the night.. I guess it’s just their algorithm which does not think people can sleep or have a nap during the day

You can see my heart sticks to baseline for significant time twice in the graph.. once between 2:30 to 3:30 and once between 10:30 to 1:30 and that’s because I was sleeping during those times.. but the watch only detected my sleep during the night i.e. 2:30 to 3:30.

To get your sleep to be detected you have to sleep after 10 in the night. Anything during the day doesn’t get registered.

Please fix this man .. I think it is fixable.
