Help with wireless charging Ear (2)

I just got Nothing Ear 2 yesterday and while attempting to charge it through Nothing Nothing Phone 1 it doesn’t indicate the light. I also attempted to charge it on my wireless charger and the outcome was the same.

Is there any step to enable the wireless Charging or it can be the issue with the Ear 2 itself?

I am also facing the same issue it’s not indicating charging neither the glyph is active when placed on it. I bought nothing 2, earbuds2 for this compatibility to witness none of them are working.
