I appreciate the recent update to the Gallery app, especially the addition of essential editing tools such as crop, adjust, and presets. These features improve the overall user experience and bring convenience to quick photo editing directly within the app.
However, I believe there is still significant potential to enhance the editing capabilities further. As a user, I would love to see more advanced AI-powered tools integrated into the Gallery app. Here are a few suggestions:
- Object Removal – Easily remove unwanted elements from photos.
- AI Expand/Fill – Intelligently extend backgrounds to fit different aspect ratios.
- Sky Replacement / Background Blur – Add creative options to improve aesthetic.
- Portrait Enhancements – Lighting correction, skin tone balance, and more.
- Auto Suggestions / One-Tap Edits – Smart recommendations based on the photo content.
These features are increasingly becoming standard across other platforms, and having them within the Nothing ecosystem would truly elevate the photo experience while keeping the clean and minimal UI that Nothing is known for.
